At DOMINUS Performance Wear+, we stand behind the quality of our performance apparel and equipment. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

 

 

📦 Returns Eligibility

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:


  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items are returned with original packaging and tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided


If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.


 

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Grip socks
  • Undergarments or compression wear worn directly on skin
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you received a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

International customers are responsible for:
